About Walker

I’m Walker Davis, a proud Goldsboro native and third-generation Wayne County resident. I grew up in the Pill Hill neighborhood and have always felt deeply connected to this community. Real estate is a natural fit for me, combining my passion for architecture, design, and helping others achieve their goals. I work with a wide range of clients — from first-time buyers and sellers to investors, commercial clients, and military families. With my father and brother serving in the U.S. Military, I understand the challenges of relocation and strive to make the process as smooth as possible.

I began my real estate career in the Raleigh/Triangle market in 2023 and brought that experience home to Goldsboro and Eastern North Carolina in 2025. I proudly joined The Cole Dinges Team for its strong reputation, collaborative spirit, and shared commitment to excellent service.

Clients know me as personable, hardworking, and detail-oriented. I value clear communication, strong negotiation, and an organized approach to every transaction. My background includes five years in hospitality and two years in welding and construction, along with certifications in blueprint reading and welding from Wayne Community College. These experiences taught me the importance of precision, service, and follow-through — qualities I bring to every client relationship.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy running, backpacking, hunting, golfing, and staying involved with the Elks Lodge and St. Paul United Methodist Church. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping people reach their goals and contributing to the continued success of Goldsboro and Wayne County.
